Call Center Representative
Pinnacle Technology is seeking a Senior Access Representative to provide high-quality customer service to patients calling for medical services at the client Medical Center. The role includes serving as a preceptor for new staff and requires experience in a call center and healthcare setting.

Serves as a preceptor for new staff
Qualification
Required
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Minimum 6 months of experience working in a call center setting plus 12 months experience working in a healthcare setting or 12 months experience working in a call center in a healthcare setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance programs and/or government programs
Demonstrated experience using office equipment such as a printer, copier, fax, scanner
Demonstrated experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Preferred
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
Demonstrated experience working with a patient registration software system
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese
