Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Building strong relationships with clients
Understanding their staffing needs
Matching ideal candidates to open positions
Maintaining candidate pipelines
Utilizing recruitment tools
Open and collaborative communication
Upholding professionalism while adhering to company values
Qualification
Required
Experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Screening
Proficiency in Reviewing Resumes, Interviewing, and Matching Candidates to Positions
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Tools
Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools and new technologies
Ability to Collaborate Effectively with Clients and Build Long-Term Relationships
Understanding of staffing needs in industries such as Office Professional, Call Center, Finance, Manufacturing, Healthcare or IT
Knowledge of the DFW hiring market or Phoenix, AZ hiring market
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
