Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and guests, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed
Monitor the visual security system and audio security doors to ensure resident safety and prevent elopement risks
Administer the front office in accordance with best administrative practices, ensuring smooth daily operations
Maintain personnel records and documentation in compliance with Title 22, Title 17, and company policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with office software and administrative tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Background check as required by Title 22, Title 17, and company policies
