Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Platform, and Power Apps – This is critical and we require all three skillsets
Proficiency in Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate
Senior Power BI and Power Platform developer (8+ years)
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Integrate data from diverse sources including Snowflake and Hadoop databases
Implement advanced data modelling, DAX calculations, and real-time analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and visualization requirements
Architect and implement advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for enterprise-wide use, including policy governance, risk analytics, and operational metrics
Manage Power BI environments across Dev, QA, and Production, ensuring seamless deployment and version control
Build custom business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate
Maintain and enhance existing apps and flows to meet evolving business needs
Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems
Serve as a technical lead for Power Platform initiatives, mentoring junior developers and guiding cross-functional teams
Drive UAT cycles, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment for report and app deployments
Strong Communication and Stakeholder engagement skill
