Responsibilities
Greet incoming guests in a professional manner
Maintain the visitor log and badges
Answer incoming calls on a multi-telephone line system and route calls
Provide administrative support/duties to Leadership Team members
Maintain snacks in the breakroom
Receive mail and packages daily
Create Fed Ex and UPS labels as needed through online account and reconcile billing
Act as the administrator for the Meeting Room calendar, reserve rooms as needed
Assist with meetings and events including food orders, making copies of the presentations, name badges, etc
Other projects as requested
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible to change
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Solid decision-making skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional appearance with a positive, friendly demeanor
Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
Preferred
Prior experience working in a corporate office environment
Prior experience working with a switchboard telephone system
