Managing large projects including open enrollment, processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management
Coaching, reviewing and assisting employees with benefits information
Owner of Workers Compensation and COBRA programs/processes
Facing function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex
Serving as a multi-state benefits expert
Qualification
Required
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
Requires broad management knowledge to lead functional teams
Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within multiple functional areas with broad understanding of others
