Responsibilities
Perform difficult advanced technical work required to maintain optimal continuity, support and configuration of Lexington Utilities’ integrated enterprise software applications, databases, and peripheral equipment
Assist with field and interdepartmental implementation and troubleshooting of utility system applications and tools
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in computer science or related field or two years related work experience
Experience administrating all the following systems: Cayenta CIS, Datavoice Outage Management, and Cityworks
Experience creating and modifying reports in writing software such as Crystal Reports and Cognos
Experience utilizing SQL to create queries to research, analyze, and troubleshoot data
Experience with software application integrations and system upgrades
Valid NC driver's license or valid out-of-state driver's license with the ability to obtain a valid NC driver's license within sixty days of employment and good driving record
Experience in troubleshooting complex issues involving utility systems, integrations, and API's
Experience in Project Management to include milestone reviews and purchase orders
Experience in writing, creating, and dropping SQL database views
Experience in creating Laserfiche Utility Forms and Workflows in addition to querying Laserfiche database
