Responsibilities
Support strategic growth initiatives through research, insight synthesis, and the development of recommendations
Assist in designing and preparing workshops, product strategy, portfolio planning, and go-to-market approaches, with increasing facilitation responsibility over time
Create clear, compelling presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and strategic direction
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform client strategy
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, audiences, challenges, and competitive landscapes across health and B2B categories
Apply systems thinking to map brand architecture, customer journeys, and product ecosystems in collaboration with senior team members
Support client engagements by preparing materials, structuring strategic thinking, and helping guide conversations
Collaborate with account, creative, and digital teams to ensure connected, insight-driven work
Contribute to new business efforts through research, strategic framing, and presentation development
Help evolve internal processes and introduce new approaches to how strategy is practiced across the agency
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, account planning, or a related field within agencies or consulting environments
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with growing confidence in storytelling and narrative development
Experience creating polished, client-ready presentations
Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to explore new industries and strategic frameworks
Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a hands-on mindset
A positive, team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for building something meaningful
A balance of big-picture thinking and practical execution
Ownership without ego, and a passion for bringing clarity to complexity and helping others do their best work
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or B2B
Animal health experience is a bonus, but not required
