Responsibilities
Post A/P invoices and verify internal reconciliations
Oversee AR: tracking payments and updating records
Ensure accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, payables, and receivables
Cash report management
Intercompany reconciliations
Process credit card entries and support in the oversight of company credit card provider
Support in any ERP processes
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in bookkeeping within global organizations
Experience with Priority ERP system required
Experience with Netsuite ERP system required
Experience with inventory required
Ability to have flexibility in schedule; will have to have overlap with Israel colleagues on some days
Strong written & verbal communication skills
