Interim Human Resources Manager
Truity Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as the organization’s primary human resources leader. This interim assignment aims to provide immediate leadership and stability across all HR functions while contributing strategically to support organizational growth and culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee and execute all core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance across multiple locations
Act as a resource and coach to leaders and employees, providing guidance on workplace concerns, performance issues, and employee development
Manage end-to-end recruiting efforts, from workforce planning through onboarding and orientation
Partner with finance/accounting to support payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health plans, retirement programs, and paid time off
Design and maintain compensation practices that support performance, retention, and organizational goals
Advise leaders on performance management, corrective action, and employee relations matters
Oversee workplace safety initiatives, regulatory reporting, and workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
Support training, cross-training, and professional development initiatives across teams
Maintain strong communication and engagement with employees across multiple sites, including remote and field-based teams
Establish relationships with external talent pipelines such as educational institutions, training programs, and community partners
Travel periodically to support employees and leaders at various locations
Qualification
Required
Experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Ability to oversee and execute all core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Ability to act as a resource and coach to leaders and employees
Experience managing end-to-end recruiting efforts
Ability to partner with finance/accounting to support payroll processes
Experience administering and managing employee benefit programs
Ability to design and maintain compensation practices
Experience advising leaders on performance management and employee relations matters
Ability to oversee workplace safety initiatives and regulatory reporting
Experience supporting training and professional development initiatives
Strong communication and engagement skills with employees across multiple sites
Ability to establish relationships with external talent pipelines
Willingness to travel periodically to support employees and leaders
