This role involves managing digital assets, organizing photo collections, and assisting with creative production tasks to ensure smooth operations as the college prepares to launch a new brand and website.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on various design projects as needed
Provide photography management support for the College and Conservatory
Help curating photo collections in the Berklee Mediagraph library
Provide notes/context/captions for images
Upload finished files to shared GoogleDrive (link provided)
Assist with tagging/keywording in Mediagraph (Berklee’s Digital Asset Manager)
Potential opportunities to work in Adobe software

Required

Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee
Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program
Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN)
Remain in 'valid' Visa status as applicable
A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
Federal Work Study student may apply
In good disciplinary standing
Must be located in the U.S
Has graphic design skills and portfolio or work
Has their own laptop but has flexibility to work onsite at 855 Boylston St
Is highly organized and reliable
Is very detail oriented
Has a flexible schedule
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
