Responsibilities
Designing and executing IEA’s sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth
Building and tracking a strong pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Actively selling IEA’s services through direct client engagement and relationship development
Partnering with IEA division and regional leaders to support complex opportunities and key accounts
Developing market insights to inform growth priorities and expansion opportunities
Strengthening selling skills across account managers, project managers, and leaders through training and mentoring
Establishing consistent, scalable sales processes that support long-term growth
Leading, mentoring, and influencing sales-related talent across the organization to strengthen overall revenue capability
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing and executing sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth
Ability to build and track a strong pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Experience in actively selling services through direct client engagement and relationship development
Ability to partner with division and regional leaders to support complex opportunities and key accounts
Experience in developing market insights to inform growth priorities and expansion opportunities
Ability to strengthen selling skills across account managers, project managers, and leaders through training and mentoring
Experience in establishing consistent, scalable sales processes that support long-term growth
Ability to lead, mentor, and influence sales-related talent across the organization to strengthen overall revenue capability
Strong voice in shaping strategy with discipline and accountability to execute once direction is set
Willingness to travel occasionally within and outside the region
