Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or related roles
Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and real-world applications
Experience working in fast-paced environments (startup or high-growth teams a plus)
Expert knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Strong conceptual thinking with excellent attention to detail
Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects
Clear communicator who's comfortable collaborating in person
