Responsibilities
Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, invitations, one-pagers, pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, and event collateral
Bring business ideas to life by translating complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals and client-friendly messaging
Ensure everything you create aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and business standards
Support branding efforts for client events, industry conferences, and internal team initiatives
Support website branding and content updates, working alongside internal teams and external web partners
Help create and execute email marketing campaigns such as newsletters, event invitations, and campaign communications
Contribute to digital initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and client engagement
Assist with managing marketing projects from concept through delivery, helping keep timelines, approvals, and execution on track
Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including business teams, compliance, HR, and leadership—as well as external vendors and agencies
Help maintain marketing calendars and track deliverables across multiple initiatives
Support client meetings, industry events, and firm-hosted gatherings
Assist with event logistics and coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners
Develop and manage branded event materials and presentations, ensuring consistency and compliance
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of experience in a marketing and/or design role
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience creating polished, executive-level presentations
Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
Familiarity with website content updates or CMS platforms
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
