Mid, Senior LevelSISCORP Structures is seeking a skilled project manager with experience in the engineering and construction industry. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and communication with clients, ensuring high-quality service throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for clients from start to finish of each project
Ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality of service and communication
Own the project budget, schedule, procurement, subcontracts, quality, and risk
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, drafting, procurement, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Review and understand contracts, sub-contracts, project plans, specifications, and applicable codes
Oversee procurement schedules to maintain timely buyouts and fulfillment with project schedule
Facilitate drawings, submittals, design changes, financial documentation, and project documents both internally and externally
Maintain accurate job costing by tracking, reviewing, and processing invoice requests, change requests, and change orders
Maintain project logs in Salesforce
Manage project close-out including warranties, guarantees, subcontractor/vendor closeout, final payments, and records retention
Qualification
Required
Project management experience
Very detail-oriented
Experienced in engineering and construction project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Acumen for learning new systems and software to enhance day-to-day operations
Grit to push through stressful moments
Preferred
PMP certification
Experience in the construction industry
