Responsibilities
Review quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds, co-invest vehicles, and management company entities
Review capital accounts, allocations, waterfalls, carried interest, cash flows, capital calls, and distributions in coordination with fund administrators
Ensure timely and accurate investor reporting, valuations, and portfolio analysis in accordance with fund agreements and regulatory requirements
Co-lead year-end audit, tax, SEC, and other regulatory processes in coordination with auditors, tax advisors, and compliance
Monthly management company financials, treasury oversight, cash management, and banking relationships
Develop and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and operational procedures
Work cross-functionally to support fundraising, deal closings, valuations, and new fund launches
Qualification
Required
5 + yrs fund accounting experience within asset management
Preferred
CPA License preferred
