Responsibilities
Research and resolve unapplied payments, credit balances, and payment inquiries related to credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts
Calculate and process monetary account adjustments
Provide a positive customer experience while responding to written and verbal customer inquiries
Work collaboratively with various teams to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy
Provide/participate, as assigned by management, in on-the-job orientation, training, and cross training of new and existing team members
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task assigned projects while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
Preferred
Data entry and 10-key experience
Familiar with various proprietary systems (i.e. TBS, eGain, First Work etc.)
Knowledge of diverse banking products and processes
