Payment Specialist

The Payment Specialist will manage and coordinate payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the financial health of programs.

Responsibilities
Manage and process client payments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy according to agreed schedules
Reconcile client accounts regularly, promptly resolving discrepancies
Serve as a point of contact for internal client payment inquiries, delivering excellent support to our Strategists and Consultants
Maintain accurate, organized records of payment transactions and client financial data
Prepare and distribute regular payment reports to internal teams and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Collaborate closely with our Strategists, Consultants, and our Network of Attorneys to streamline payment processes and optimize efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Knowledge of payment processing practices and relevant financial regulations
Proficiency with CRMs, specifically Salesforce, experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills
A positive attitude, hunger for success, and eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Self-starter mentality with the drive to take ownership and improve processes
