This role involves overseeing cash management, investments, banking relationships, and global liquidity planning across multiple international entities.

Responsibilities
Lead global cash management and liquidity planning across domestic and international entities
Manage banking relationships, account structures, and treasury solutions
Oversee short-term investments, endowment performance monitoring, and operating reserves
Build and maintain cash flow forecasting models, including restricted grants and endowment draws
Evaluate and manage foreign exchange exposure and risk mitigation strategies
Manage credit facilities, corporate credit card programs, and treasury-related controls
Partner with finance systems teams to integrate treasury metrics into ERP systems
Prepare materials for senior leadership, the Finance & Audit Committee, and the Board
Develop and maintain treasury policies and internal controls
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in treasury, investments, or corporate finance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Strong experience with cash forecasting, banking operations, and investment oversight
Comfort working in a global or multi-entity environment (nonprofit experience a plus)
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for leadership
High integrity, strong judgment, and excellent communication skills
Interest in supporting a mission-driven organization with global reach
Preferred
MBA or CFA preferred
