Responsibilities
Administer and support Citrix Cloud DaaS environments using the Citrix Cloud Console
Manage Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS)
Create and maintain vDisks, gold images, and perform image builds
Manage VDI lifecycle, including server creation and maintenance in Azure Cloud
Collaborate with application teams for application installation processes and documentation
Handle firewall requests and access-related configurations
Participate in application troubleshooting calls and resolve user issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of Citrix environments
Apply best practices for patching, updates, and image version control
Document configurations, procedures, and support processes
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of hands-on experience as a Citrix Administrator
Strong experience with Citrix Cloud DaaS Console
Azure Cloud (server creation and management)
Provisioning Services (PVS)
Machine Creation Services (MCS)
Hands-on experience with vDisk creation and image builds
Strong troubleshooting skills for Citrix and application-related issues
Experience collaborating with cross-functional application teams
