Mentor emerging designers

Qualification
Required
Experience with the Department of the State Architect (DSA) process is essential
Ability to lead design efforts across a range of project types and scales
Capability to shape ideas from concept through construction while ensuring design excellence and integrity
Experience in education-focused design, particularly K–12 projects
Ability to guide and inspire teams
Strong collaboration skills with clients
Ability to craft design stories that resonate with both purpose and beauty
Mentoring emerging designers
