Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Recruiter with expertise to drive their global hiring strategy. The role involves owning the full recruitment life cycle for both exempt and non-exempt roles, acting as a strategic consultant to leadership teams, and identifying top-tier talent.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Proactively build a pipeline of diverse talent through college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and professional industry networks
Partner directly with internal and external stakeholders to define role requirements, provide market insights, and manage expectations
Execute and maintain Affirmative Action programs and diversity initiatives to ensure a broad and inclusive candidate pool
Oversee candidate travel, reference checks, pre-employment examinations, and reporting dates with meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional ability to interface with high-level internal/external clients and hiring managers
Demonstrated success in maintaining long-term sourcing contacts and navigating industry-specific talent landscapes
