Responsibilities

Own a wide SKU count to ensure varied and challenging work

Plan profitable and locally relevant assortments using knowledge of guest shopping behavior and market competition

Influence and negotiate with vendors to achieve results and identify gaps and opportunities

Translate financial metrics and data into actionable strategies

Lead cross-functional teams to drive category results while managing sales and margin goals

Partner with product designers, category managers, and vendors to guide product development for your category

Collaborate with Associate Buyers, Senior Merchandise Specialists, and other expert partners in support of promotional planning across channels

Required

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
