Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of Corporate Accounts strategies by conducting market analysis and supporting the creation of tactical account plans for key healthcare systems
Identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency, leading projects that streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance the team's operational rhythm
Engage with diverse departments across the Roche organization (e.g., Marketing, Contracting, Finance, and Medical Affairs) to drive project alignment and gain a holistic view of the commercial ecosystem
Lead ad-hoc business initiatives and special projects as they arise, demonstrating the agility to adapt to changing business priorities and solve complex problems
Synthesize data and project outcomes into actionable insights, presenting findings to leadership to inform future decision-making and account tactics

Required

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program)
Required Majors: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration / Public Health, Economics or Finance, Marketing and/or Life Sciences (Biology/Biotech)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google applications (specifically data analysis and presentation/content design)
Self-Direction: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous or fast-paced environment
