Lead and coordinate tooling team activities across shifts
Monitor tool performance and initiate corrective actions as needed
Support preventative maintenance and tooling repair schedules
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling design and usage
Train and mentor tooling technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Maintain documentation for tooling changes, repairs, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
5+ years of tooling experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools
Experience with die maintenance, stamping, and troubleshooting
