Provide day-to-day help desk and local IT support for U.S. offices
Support and learn the CargoWise system (hands-on experience required or strong interest)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
Maintain systems, applications, and configurations
Support data backup, security, and basic infrastructure tasks
Train users on standard business tools such as Microsoft Office
Collaborate closely with IT leadership and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required

Strong communication and customer support skills
Entry-level to ~2 years of IT / help desk experience welcome
Motivation, learning ability, and a proactive mindset are highly valued
Interest in system administration, infrastructure, or automation is a plus
Eastern Time working hours required
On-site work initially (6–12 months), with potential hybrid flexibility later
Preferred
CargoWise experience or certification
Japanese language skills (business level preferred, basic acceptable)
Candidates comfortable working with teams across time zones
