Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for complex receivables products, staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings
Provide technical support and strategic sales approaches for complex receivables solutions, including attending customer meetings and delivering recommendations
Perform receivables system demonstrations to articulate product structure, functionality, and solutions
Provide expert advice to customers and prospects to optimize their business functions and accounts receivable financial operations
Conduct comprehensive accounts receivable analyses to identify opportunities for cash flow and cash position improvements
Consult on structure recommendations for receivables solutions to optimize process efficiencies and risk mitigation
Cultivate relationships with TMPS Sales Advisors to support them closing deals
Ensure seamless transition to the Onboarding Specialist or vendor, assisting with implementation as needed
Develop strong partnerships with Product Management to promote customer needs for future product enhancements
Drive receivable sales success by providing internal prospect insights to TMPS Sales Advisors
Achieve TMPS financial goals, including receivables sales goals, through partnership and advising on pricing and risk management
Engage in mentorship and training activities with TMPS peers to ensure understanding of the TMPS receivables product set and continuous development
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties
Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer, client, and/or account activity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business related field (Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, etc.) or equivalent relevant working experience
5 years of business sales or business consulting experience
CFB 4 Commercial Banking Foundations completion or ability to complete within 6 months of hire
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
Preferred
Arvest and/or TMPS experience
Appropriate industry certifications such as: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Cash Management Professional (CCM), IOFM Accounts Receivable Professional (AR), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), and/or National Check Professional (NCP)
Prior experience with commercial clients
Experience with merchant services or payments
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese and/or French
