As a Supply and Demand Planning Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure material readiness for new products, manage supply commitments, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Responsibilities
Serve as the bridge between business strategy, engineering build plans, and operational supply chain execution
Build demand planning models based on market data and 'what if' scenarios that analyze new product introductions
Partner with Manufacturing Operations to plan factory capacity based on demand, mitigate risks, and prioritize requirements during supply constraints
Forecast demand versus supply, define key factory metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, fulfillment rate), and report performance to leadership
Manage clear-to-build (CTB), material readiness, and risk visibility across NPI, including risk releases, E&O, and mitigation plans
Drive scalable supply & demand planning processes, lead continuous improvements, and deliver clear weekly executive updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At minimum 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in supply & demand management and/or materials management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive management and large, cross-functional groups
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making
Preferred
MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
Experience in NPI Operations and/ or consumer electronics
Experience with MRP/ERP
Advanced modeling skills, with a particular focus on MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
