Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies for virtual events, user groups, regional chapters, happy hours and partner events aligned with RF-SMART's marketing and sales objectives
Evaluate and communicate with vendors on event logistics to optimize cost-effectiveness and attendee experience. This includes ownership of event swag inventory, and ensuring resources are delivered to all events
Design and implement monthly and quarterly virtual learning event programs (webinars, workshops), including topic selection, format development, and presenter coordination
Develop and manage event landing pages in event platform, making strategic decisions about messaging, design requirements, and user experience
Establish data management protocols for attendee lists, registration processes, and reporting systems
Interpret event data and analytics to make informed recommendations for future event strategy and budget allocation
Assist with other company-wide event planning as needed, including RF-SMART User Summit and SKO events

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
3+ years of event management or marketing experience with demonstrated responsibility for event strategy and budget management
Proven track record of independently planning and executing successful events
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and event management platforms
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to evaluate alternatives and make sound business decisions
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment on matters affecting business operations
Experience managing event reports and analyzing ROI metrics
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting strategic objectives
Strong project management capabilities with ability to prioritize competing demands
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities in a fast-paced environment
