Supply Chain Specialist Development Program Associate

They are seeking candidates for their Supply Chain Development Program, which offers three 8-month job rotations in Integrated Planning, Logistics, and Procurement to prepare participants for future roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

Ensure the assured supply of materials, equipment, and services at competitive costs while minimizing inventories and optimizing materials utilization
Forecasting analysis and tracking
Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate supply chain options, and manage supplier relationships
Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise
Monitor supplier deliveries to reduce the risk of stockouts
Develop short term production schedules aligning with demand forecasts and inventory policies
Track overall key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain
Other procurement, logistics, and planning activities as needed not otherwise identified

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
1-3 years of related education or internships in business, project management, or technical experience. Experience in a matrix environment or cross-functional team is beneficial

Integrity and authenticity in all interactions
Financial and analytical proficiency
