5+ years expAmazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven analytical project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes.

Design comprehensive program strategies that drive operational improvements and support business objectives
Coordinate complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
Leverage analytics to identify opportunities, track performance, and implement continuous improvements
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges in program execution
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting clear insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred
5+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
