Responsibilities

The SAP Integrations resource will be responsible for gathering and understanding Business Unit Requirements, leading standardization of integrations and implementing interfaces across the organization
Collaborate with business team members and consultants to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively with a strong understanding of Production Execution and Master Data, PLM, MES, and other Supply Chain Platform Integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing our Plan to Sustain processes in alignment with desired RTX operating model and industry best practices
Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies
Configure and manage SAP PLMSI and other Integration technologies to enable integration to PLM, MES and other Supply Chain Platforms
Lead testing of SAP PLMSI and other configured integration technologies
Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing
Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope for Plan to Sustain as part of the program
Mentor less experienced team members in specific areas of the Plan to Sustain business process hierarchy
Ensure that RTX is positioned for future success within all functional areas of Plan to Sustain
Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
10 + years of experience configuring and supporting SAP, PLM and MES integrations
Working knowledge and technical system knowledge of Production Master Data including Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Routings, Work Centers
Hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, IDOCs and/or APIs

Preferred

Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organization
Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects
