Responsibilities

Develop drawings in conformance with project specifications, client CAD/BIM standards, scope of work, design parameters, codes, and industry practices
Coordinate CAD/BIM deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines
Work with designers and engineers of multiple disciplines to deliver complete and accurate design packages

Required

Completion of a certified Computer-Aided Design (CAD) training program or a Technical/Associates degree in engineering or related field
Proficient in coordinating CAD/BIM deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines; experience with MEP and Fire Protection systems preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
2-4 years of professional experience in AutoCAD and BIM (Revit)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with multiple project teams to help with project completion
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)

Preferred

Experience with MEP and Fire Protection systems preferred
Autodesk Certification preferred
