Responsibilities
Perform title examination and analysis requiring a high level of title expertise
Examines chain of title for residential properties
MUST be able to prepare a UTAH title commitment
Examine and analyze title records such as leases, subleases, liens, judgments, easements, business entity documents and plot and map books
Interpret complex legal documents
Verify detailed ownership reports and abstracts
Perform survey reads on projects, prepare responses to objection letters, prepare pro forma policies and endorsements
Prepare and review reports
Prepare title commitments, update title commitments and make necessary revisions
Must be able to map metes and bounds with proficiency

Required
Proficient in metes and bounds
Perform title examination and analysis requiring a high level of title expertise
Examines chain of title for residential properties

Ability to operate in an environment with tight deadlines and strict standards
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, orally and in writing
A minimum of 5+ years of Title Examination experience
