The Real World Data Strategy intern will support the development of a long-term clinical and real world data strategy through various projects, including creating a Data Catalogue, developing a Competitive Insights Report, and contributing to a Data Stacking Framework.

Responsibilities
Support the creation and upkeep of the Data Catalogue
Scout and document new data sources
Ensure catalogue accuracy
Contribute to data pilots by developing evaluation templates and assessing data viability and applicability
Develop a Competitive Insights Report summarizing data sources competitors use in their published studies
Highlight trends and strategic implications for Novo Nordisk
Contribute to the development of materials that describe a long-term Data Stacking Framework
Draft clear collateral that outlines the framework, processes, and supporting elements needed to successfully implement this initiative
Collaborate across multiple departments and external data partners
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Preferred
A completed or in progress graduate degree in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Economics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Services Research or a related discipline preferred
