Working knowledge in switch and routing protocols, Extensible LAN (VXLAN), Multicast, BGP, EIGRP, Spanning Tree, etc
Hardware knowledge of Catalyst and Nexus Platforms, Fabric Extenders
Working knowledge of Cloud Architecture with a focus on networking including Azure Express Route, AWS Direct Connection and OCI FastConnect
Ability to design, implement, support, and maintain Enterprise Campus, Data Center and Cloud Networks
Be able to create professional documents and diagrams
Aid in the resolution of escalated issues and actively participate in problem management activities
Cross-train other IT staff members in the maintenance and usage of wireless technology
Research new technologies and processes to improve the environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
8 years minimum experience (higher preferred), 12 years of related experience, including a demonstrated ability in technology area
Working knowledge in switch and routing protocols, Extensible LAN (VXLAN), Multicast, BGP, EIGRP, Spanning Tree, etc
Hardware knowledge of Catalyst and Nexus Platforms, Fabric Extenders
Working knowledge of Cloud Architecture with a focus on networking including Azure Express Route, AWS Direct Connection and OCI FastConnect
Ability to design, implement, support, and maintain Enterprise Campus, Data Center and Cloud Networks
Be able to create professional documents and diagrams

Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise and Cloud networks
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex network issues
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices
Preferred
Masters degree
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification in networking
