Responsibilities
Charge Submission that involves entering and updating Patient Demographics, Charge Information, and Insurance
Review, Analyze and Coordinate daily work flow for assigned accounts
Research and Correct billing errors
Examine logs and tracking software to reconcile charges
Release and Post charges in the billing software
Communicate with facilities to obtain missing or additional information
Work closely with team members across multiple functions to resolve inquiries timely
Support the global charge entry team with inquiries, training, and feedback
The ability to work independently
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 -2 years of recent experience (Would be willing to train the right person)
Knowledge of Medical Billing Terminology
Solid and Stable Work History
Excellent Time Management Skills
Committed to Organizational Development
