Junior Copywriter
Responsibilities
Support Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, Sr. Art Director, and Art Director on daily copywriting needs
Write copy across multiple formats including social posts, email/SMS, paid ads, web copy, retail materials, sales collateral, and video scripts
Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas
Help ideate for activations, events, partnerships, and other brand extensions
Learn and apply brand voice and tone guidelines consistently across all work
Assist with basic copy feedback for photography, video, and social content
Ability to give feedback to various vendors that ladders back to brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, English, communications, or related field
1-2 years of copywriting experience (internships, freelance, agency, or in-house)
Portfolio demonstrating writing versatility across different formats and tones
Familiarity with social media platforms and how copy performs across channels
Basic understanding of brand voice development and best practices
Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience writing for video content (scripts, captions) is a plus
