Responsibilities
Post daily bank activity in Yardi and assist with bank reconciliations
Apply prepaid rent to tenant ledgers accurately and timely
Post recurring journal entries
Compile and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Set up and maintain monthly property workpapers
Download and organize supporting documentation for workpapers
Charge late fees and bill backs to tenant accounts
Assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Post daily bank activity in Yardi and assist with bank reconciliations
Apply prepaid rent to tenant ledgers accurately and timely
Post recurring journal entries
Compile and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Set up and maintain monthly property workpapers
Download and organize supporting documentation for workpapers

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of one year of accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Experience with Yardi Voyager®
