Client Service Representative - Full Time - In Office
Maatdesk is a growing company seeking a Client Service Representative to be the vital first impression for clients. The role involves owning the client journey, handling onboarding and support, and building strong relationships to contribute to long-term client success.

Responsibilities
Customer success - Handle the onboarding of new clients. Then check in on clients per the customer success schedule. Ensure clients are happy and prevent churn
Basic support - Field incoming support inquiries from clients. Determine if it's an actual bug and create a ticket for the development team to resolve. If it's a training issue, they should show the client how to accomplish what they need. Should it be an enhancement request, an enhancement ticket should be created for the development team
Sales Support - Will assist with overflow coverage for the sales phone line
Others may be assigned or removed as needed
Qualification
Required
2 years customer service/success
Ability to work in our office 5 days a week
Tech savvy
Quick learner
Positive, can do attitude
Preferred
Experience in software support is a plus
Law firm experience like front desk, etc is a plus
