Responsibilities

Oversee fund accounting and reporting, including financial statements, investor reports, capital calls/distributions, management fees, and fund-level waterfalls
Manage relationships with fund administrators, external auditors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with partnership agreements and regulatory requirements
Support fund liquidity, forecasting, and portfolio valuation processes, including internal and external stakeholder reporting
Lead investor communications, due diligence requests, and preparation of comprehensive fund and portfolio performance reports
Maintain and enhance portfolio monitoring systems, financial models, and reporting tools; drive automation, process improvements, and data governance initiatives
Collaborate closely with Controller, CFO, and investment teams on accounting, operational functions, portfolio company reporting, and board meetings

Required

3+ years of relevant direct Private Equity experience
Data mining experience - you know how to pull data/produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
Experience with financial accounting and with US GAAP
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

Preferred

Advanced SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, etc
