Bilingual Financial Wellness Expert
GreenPath Financial Wellness, in partnership with CONSUMER Credit Counseling Service of Puerto Rico, provides financial education and counseling services to individuals and families. The Bilingual Financial Wellness Expert will deliver compassionate financial counseling through phone-based services, helping clients manage budgets, reduce debt, and navigate financial challenges.

Responsibilities
Deliver phone-based financial counseling services
Respond to inbound client calls and emails; make outbound service-related calls as needed
Collect and analyze client financial information, including credit reports
Develop and present individualized action plans and educational resources
Discuss program options and applicable fees when appropriate
Provide housing counseling services, including:
Pre-purchase counseling
Foreclosure prevention
Rental counseling
Post-loan modification coaching
Reverse mortgage counseling
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information
Complete required training and maintain certifications
Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Full-time availability (40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts)
Ability to work remotely from a designated home workspace
Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
Willingness to obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
