Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ownership of all packaging artwork, ensuring seamless execution from concept to production release
Translate approved creative concepts into final, production-ready designs while adhering to brand and technical standards
Manage artwork preparation, versioning, approvals, and releases within Centric Software
Coordinate and implement cross-functional feedback across multiple revision rounds with precision and accuracy
Perform rigorous quality checks on all artwork, including copy, color, sizing, placement, and compliance
Review and approve printer proofs, ensuring alignment with approved artwork and production requirements
Collaborate closely with design and project management partners to ensure alignment, approvals, and on-time delivery
Maintain highly organized files, workflows, and documentation to support efficient production processes
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Deep understanding of packaging print production, color management, and manufacturing file standards
Strong ability to create original packaging designs and execute them through final production
Advanced knowledge of typography, graphic design principles, and brand consistency
Hands-on experience creating and adapting dielines and preparing artwork for manufacturing
Proven experience writing detailed and accurate print specifications
Fluency in CMYK, Pantone Matching System, color profiles, and proofing processes
Experience designing packaging and point-of-purchase materials for retail environments
8+ years of experience in a Packaging Production Artist or Packaging Production Designer role within fashion or beauty
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
BFA or BA in Graphic Design or related field
