Responsibilities
Prepare new and renewed underwriting packages
Order Credit reports, OFAC, Entity & UCC lien searches
Support Loan Officers in loan closing and funding
Assist Loan Officers with various account monitoring activities
Upload the credit files into FCM imaging system
Respond to customers' inquiries
Handle daily loan transactions & outgoing wire transfers
Qualification
Required
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred
College degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in lending or banking
Bilingual in English and Chinese
