Responsibilities

Design and execute experiments to generate high-quality data that informs early drug discovery and preclinical development
Apply advanced cellular immunology and molecular biology techniques to characterize immune pathways and disease-relevant mechanisms
Analyze and interpret experimental results, integrating findings with broader program objectives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align scientific insights with translational strategies
Develop oral and written communication skills by presenting key findings at internal meetings and participating in team discussions

Required

Currently enrolled in a PhD program
Strong foundation in immunology, with an understanding of autoimmune and inflammatory disease mechanisms
Extensive hands-on experience in immunological techniques, including immune cell isolation, in vitro cell-based assays, and multicolor flow cytometry
Strong analytical skills, including interpretation of complex datasets and proficiency with data visualization and statistical tools
Ability to troubleshoot experiments and adapt to evolving research priorities
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship
Required Majors: Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or other related disciplines
