Senior Presales Engineer
Absen Inc. is a company specializing in LED products, and they are seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to meet sales revenue targets and support regional managers in developing client relationships. The role involves making sales calculations, answering technical questions, and presenting products to customers effectively.
Responsibilities
Meets the sales revenue target for the assigned region
Support regional managers to develop relationships with current and potential clients
Make accurate sales calculations and sales quotations of current prices
Must have technical skills, and the ability to understand LED products and parts. Answer technical questions and work on the design and solutions for projects
Has great presentation skills and can effectively sell the product to a customer through presentations, tours, and showing them the product
Must have excellent communication skills. Make regular phone calls and emails to customers
Assist with getting clients to participate in ACE training
Works with Customer Service department to help facilitate DEMO Requests
Works with Warehouse department to ensure products are shipped to clients on time
Updates and maintains accounts of customers including contact names and numbers for future sales
Follows up with clients on orders, payments and delivery. Track the process from start to finish
Must be persistent and disciplined in all work
Able to handle fast pace and high volume of activity
Maintains professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner
Reports to and works with corresponding Sales Manager or Director
Performs all other duties assigned to them of which the employee is capable of performing
Qualification
Required
LED industry and market knowledge
Ability to effectively communicate the Company's brand and product value
Meets the sales revenue target for the assigned region
