Responsibilities
Analyze P&C insurance client challenges and design data‑driven, technology‑enabled solutions that support business transformation
Participate in the requirements analysis process, documenting business needs and assessing impacts to complex systems and operations
Leverage P&C domain expertise to support large-scale transformation programs, including multi-tower deals, partnering across consulting horizontals
Support go‑to‑market initiatives by drawing insights from market trends, client issues, and competitive landscapes
Communicate effectively with business partners through regular status reporting, issue resolution guidance, and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of business experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain; consulting experience preferred
Strong ability to understand and translate business needs into requirements and assess impacts to processes and systems
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed
Ability to work within cross‑cultural, multi‑time zone teams
Preferred
Master's degree
Consulting experience
Creative problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities
Experience supporting transformation across underwriting, claims, policy administration, or P&C platforms
Familiarity with industry standards and trends in P&C carriers and digital insurance
