Human Resources Generalist
Section Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team and manage the full employee lifecycle. The role involves maintaining strong people processes, managing employee performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities
Manage all HR operations and people-focused initiatives
Support and resolve employee relations matters
Maintain confidential employee files and audits in compliance with federal, state & local employment laws
Partner with payroll to ensure accurate data management
Work closely with our PEO for benefits enrollments and employee inquiries
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Lead all recruiting efforts
Facilitate end-to-end performance review cycles
Manage new hire training initiatives and employee courses
Lead administrative functions and general office needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Exceptional project management skills
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
Collaborative, service-oriented attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Suite and HRIS platforms
Authorized to work permanently in the U.S
