Responsibilities
Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; drive cross‑functional alignment and decision‑making
Translate business objectives into prioritized AI use cases with measurable outcomes; produce discovery outputs (use‑case summaries, readiness insights, next steps)
Lead agile product delivery with engineering and solution architects; ensure quality, time‑to‑market, and adoption
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews; synthesize feedback and market/competitor insights into the product backlog
Shape delivery plans across Strategy, Packaged AI Solutions, and Build‑Run‑Scale engagements; track early value indicators to de‑risk scale‑up
Maintain structured, repeatable playbooks and templates; capture lessons learned to continuously improve AI delivery
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI product management
Proven record shipping digital/data/AI products in agile environments; strong analytical skills and product documentation rigor
Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories; strong communication with executive and technical audiences
Comfort facilitating discovery workshops, defining success metrics, and building stakeholder confidence to scale AI safely and responsibly
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Role requires vetting by an experienced AI product leader and AI technical architect
Preferred
Knowledge of marketing operations and customer experience domains
Familiarity with cloud platforms and common AI services; understanding of trustworthy AI practices
Influencing and advisory skills; experience engaging multiple teams and making decisions that span across products/portfolios
