Responsibilities
Lead project management activities across the full project lifecycle, from requirements development through closeout and warranty
Manage schedules, risks, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams
Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers, and schedules
Support pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases
Ensure deliverables meet Army/DoD standards, quality requirements, and timelines
Utilize document control systems (e.g., SharePoint-based PM platforms) to manage project records and metadata
Provide practitioner-level PM rigor aligned with PMP standards
Qualification
Required
Active PMP certification (or equivalent recognized PM certification)
5+ years of project management experience supporting facilities, construction, or infrastructure projects
Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction or SRM projects
Familiarity with Army or DoD facilities environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site at Fort Meade as required
Preferred
Experience with roofing, HVAC/mechanical, or electrical modernization projects
Prior experience supporting Army DPW, USACE, or other DoD installations
Familiarity with construction QA/QC processes
Experience working within document control or project management systems
